Can I do the Quest without a subscription?
No, you will need to subscribe to the EZBeat AI assistant to participate in this Quest and future Quests, throughout the year. Think of it as an entry ticket into the game and everything the EZBeat assistant will provide.
What happens between Quests?
The Quest is just the starting point. After you complete the first EZQuest, the assistant will help create a plan that meets your current “risk” requirements. We will prioritize Medium and High risk users for cardiologist consultations before we start working with low risk users. The plan will help you develop the skills that you will need to compete in the next EZ Quest, as these will learn and adapt to your personal data.
How often do Quests happen?
There will be Quests created throughout the year. In order to secure capacity to deliver all the services, we will launch Quests based on availability with our service partners. The aim is to get each user to compete in 4 Quests throughout the year.
What's actually inside the EZBox?
The EZBox is your EZQuest starter kit — shipped straight to your door once you subscribe. Inside you'll find:

Heart-healthy baseline products curated for every participant,
Partner products across nutrition & fitness
Where do tests and consults happen?
Everything is designed to be as convenient as possible:
Blood Biomarker Analysis — done at home via our diagnostic partners
Cardio Fitness Assessment — at a partner gym or fitness centre near you
Functional Nutrition Consultation — booked online, fully flexible
EKG & 2D Cardio Echogram — conducted by a cardiologist or registered nurse at a designated location
What if I miss a Quest?
If you miss the cutoff to participate in a Quest, you will be bumped to the first in-line for the next one. The only thing that will change is your calendar of events for the year.
Can I cancel my membership?
To cancel the membership please reach out to info@EZBeat.ai. We will not be able to process your reimbursements as these will go towards your services throughout the year. You are entitled to all the services that your subscription brings with it. However, we do understand if there is a serious concern and you need to get reimbursed. We will take these on a case to case basis.
Is my health data private?
Yes, we ensure that we comply with all necessary regulatory standards to protect your data. We do not sell your data to third party providers. However, your data is used to improve prediction algorithms and internal analytics. You can read more about data privacy in the tab “Data & Privacy”.
